"fairly quick turnaround"
Everything was fine for most part, but it would have been nice to have the backseat floors vacuumed. Seems weird to offer a car wash and vacuum and only do half the job. Especially after I spent nearly $1000 for the service. I was also under the understanding that the car rental was complimentary, but ended up paying $22. Maybe I misunderstood, but again, I spent a substantial amount on service, so these small things stood out as not perfect customer service.
