"We feel safe and respected."
As always a great experience for our 90k service + brakes all around + alignment. We booked weeks in advance and asked for a loaner car. In the past Toyota always had their own loaner. Due to heavy requests, we were bumped to a Enterprise. Not a good experience, the ten minute wait turned into 30 & we needed to provide a debit card. When we balked, Toyota came through as always with a beautiful loaner. We will be wiser next time and come in on a Saturday when we don't need or loaner or let them know "no Enterprise".
