"NO LOYALTY for LOYAL customers"
This company is DISHONES with NEGLIGENT poorly trained lazy service personal.
Advertised pre-owned
"rigorous" 160 pt inspection.
We bought a 2006 Camry in Jan '12 and less than one month later we brought it to service due to TRANSMISSION trouble.
They blew us off by adding transmission fluid. NEVER repaired the transmission. Obviously by repairing the transmission the 1st time, Service Dept. had to admit their "rigorously" 160 pt. inspection wasn't that "rigorous".
Someone in SERVICE had a stake NOT TO REPAIR our car....look BAD for them NOT TO FIND the TRANSMISSION problem.
Instead they hoped we would procrastinate bringing the car back... Our premature son was in Providence Swedish for a solid month ICU then, recuperation and daily visits to the hospital for blood work to get his meds correct. Then more visits with the epileptologist, neurosurgeon, and primary care doctors.
Toyo Puyallup is DISHONEST and UNTRUTHFUL ADVERTISEMENT re: "Rigorous" 160 pt inspection.
DO NOT PURCHASE A vehicle from his MONEY GREEDY HEARTLESS family owned company who would rather line their pockets with money while the average person struggles.
Toyo REFUSED to repair our car!!!
