Annamarie said she has always had really good service on her vehicle from this business, but this last visit something was taken. She immediately went back and the manager and another guy went through the vehicle with her, but it was not found. They wrote down what was missing and they were going to contact her, but she still has not heard back. Annamarie stated a friend stopped by this business to get an update, and he told her this business said they had a good idea of who it might have been, someone might be fired, she would be getting reimbursed, and that someone from this business would contact her by noon on Monday. She really, really is not happy, and stated she has never felt like she could not trust this business, but the fact she has not even heard yet is concerning. She does not know if she can trust them. Annamarie repeated the service on her vehicle has always been good, but she feels so violated because of having something stolen from her. Her service advisor, Nick, was nice. She has recommended this business before but she would not anymore due to the above. She reiterated she has never had a problem and the service has always been good, but she does not want to go back, and she does not know what to do. She bought her vehicle from this business, and it is the only place she has gone for service, so it is just kind of a bummer. This business could improve by not taking items from a vehicle.
