Charles said his daughter will be in the market for a 1999 Toyota Hybrid when she saves $3,000, adding he heard the hybrid is better than the Camry. He stated the price of his service was a little high. Charles brought his vehicle in to have the contacts replaced because it would take 2 or 3 turns of the ignition until his engine started. When he arrived for service he told them to replace the contacts, but Fred, the service manager, informed him they could not proceed with the work until they did a diagnostic, because the problem could be in the starter or ignition. Charles pointed out the problem being a starter or ignition was not feasible because of the above symptoms. He had to pay for the diagnostic anyway, which he did not even want to have. This business replaced the contacts, and his vehicle is fine now.
