Yeji was dissatisfied with the overall service experience because she had another appointment at 11:00 am to get to and her vehicle being late made her late for the other appointment. She had scheduled an appointment at 8:40 am for an oil change and to have a window worked on. When she scheduled the appointment she had asked if they would be done by 10:00 am and was told it would be fine. When she showed up she was told it would not work so she asked to just have the oil change done. She was told that was not possible because they had called someone in to do the window work. The vehicle was not ready when promised because it was not done until after 10:00 am. She was not sure exactly how late it was or why exactly they were running late because she was in a hurry to get out and get to her other appointment. She was not completely satisfied with the communication with her service advisor because they told her it was not possible to only do part of the work. They did not like the way she asked them and they felt she was rushing them. Because of this experience she would not recommend this business for service.

Sevice manager contacted customer, left message and is awaiting contact back. Advised customer we were extremely sorry for not getting the service done in timeframe promised. Also offered to rectify the situation for the cusotmer's time/troubles by offering a free tank of gas next time the customer is low. Advised this type of thing is not normal for our service department and we'd be prompt and on time next visit.
