Spoke with Sue. She was not completely satisfied with the communication with her service advisor. When she called to make the appointment she was very clear about which vehicle she was scheduling for, but they ended up confusing it for the other vehicle they have. This has happened both times she has been to this business. This is the worst Toyota business for organization she has ever been to. She was not completely satisfied with quality of service work performed on the vehicle. When she got the vehicle back she could see streak marks in the back window. She is not sure what they did on the front window but assumed they used a cleaning solution. Now her brand new wipers are smearing and making it hard for her to see in the rain. She would not recommend this business for service because of this experience. She only goes here because they are closest to her. The business could serve her better by improving their organization. She does not like it when she has to use Enterprise to rent a vehicle. It is a major hassle and she would prefer to use one of the business's loaner vehicles. She is the one who brings the vehicles in for service and handles everything so she requested the name on the account to be changed from Rick to Sue.

Service Manager contacted cust via voicemail. Apologized for the confusion surrounding her vehicle. Husband and wife both have 04 Camry's and both were set up under the same account. Manager separated the account, by VIN, and filed each vehicle under the appropriate name to avoid future confusion from our end. Also advised cust we would do free windshield cleaning to remove grime and film from windshield pores as this is a common cause of streaking wipers even after replacement. We can use a certain chemical on the glass to help with that problem. Apologized again for the inconvenience and confusion.
