Cindy said she has had a couple problems when they were supposed to call to notify her the vehicle was ready but they did not call either time. Both times she gave them her cell number and they said they would call. The first time they did not call, she finally called them, and she found out it had been ready for an hour. This visit she did not notice the time, it was 4:50 when she realized they had not called, and they close at 5:00 pm. She had dropped it off at 3:15 pm so it should have been ready at 4:15 pm. It was Saturday and she needed the vehicle but she was at a fabric store and they were in the middle of cutting fabric for her, so she sent her sister to get the keys. It was a complimentary Toyota service so there was no fee, and she sent her sister to get the keys. She has been in twice and it is very confusing to figure out where she should go. This time there were some people that looked like they were waiting for service, so she stood around with them for about 10 minutes before she figured out where she needed to go for service. It seems like they should have better signage or someone to greet and direct customers. She will recommend them but their customer service could get a little better. She was glad this business did a follow up so it could show them where the problems are. It would be nice if someone acknowledged the customer, told them they would be with them, and directed them where appropriate. Cindy will probably come back whether the service is good or bad because the location is only 3 blocks from her home.
