"Not so great!"
Arrived at 8:30 for first service and oil change on 2013 Prius. Also requested to checkout Nav system regarding inability to make messaging component to work. Three and a half hours later, I had to inquire as to where my car was so I could be home for dinner! One and a half hours into the wait a service rep informed me they were waiting for a call from Toyota central to see about the messaging issue, and it shouldn't be much longer, but the tech rep was in a meeting. It was. Just another two hours! Put yourself in my position--how would you feel? I'll only return in the event of a warranty issue. I'll change the oil myself (every 6k, not 10k), and get any routine service performed elsewhere. I can't in good conscience recommend this dealership for service. I owned a small business for 30 years, and know how important customer service is.
