"What the"
Now I feel I have to check and count every little thing when I bring a vehicle into service.
2 days after the service, while in Idaho, I see that both wheel valve caps on the front wheels are missing. I feel it's a service to your customers to tell them of missing parts. Caps are cheap, but important.

We contacted our customer and appologized for not reinstalling the tire valve stem caps. We offered to replace the valve stem caps. The customer came in, picked up the new caps, and was very appreciative of our quick response
