"Work incomplete"
I was told my car was ready but when I got there the visors had not been installed, so I had to wait until 6:30 (extra 40 minutes) to have the job completed.

I got the impression you were overbooked and not taking good care to ensure each job was complete and well done. Your work is too expensive for this kind of error. Shakes one's confidence in the quality of work you do,

Service manager emailed customer to apologize for delay.  In reviewing internal processes, we found the reason why the mistake was made and we will correct it immediately!
