Review for Toyota of Puyallup

We were given a price on a 2013 Toyota Corolla by the salesman, and were told that this would be the cost "out the door". He said that a couple of times and we even clarified that with him. When we went to do the paperwork, taxes and fees were added onto that number he provided - it was an unpleasant surprise. We understand paying taxes and fees, but when you are given a price and basically told that it is inclusive of everything, and it's not, it makes for a disappointing experience. We opted to move forward anyway. Then, when we were signing the documentation the representative was a tad condescending when we didn't leap at the offer for continued servicing by the business, even though the expense was an additional $1K+. After the pricing issue, we weren't willing to spend more. Her tone and language indicated that we were silly not to spend this money up front.
