"Washed and vacuum was great"
I asked to have the rear door looked at and they didn't address it at all. I was out of cell service and they left a voicemail saying they needed to take it to the warranty center, but then they didn't actually do it...or mention it when I picked up my keys. The next day when I opened the back door, I had assumed it was fixed, but it sounds worse than ever.

Service Manager contacted customer directly. Apologized for the scheduling mistake and asked customer to please call back to reschedule. Offered free loaner car to appease any potential conflicts customer might have with leaving the car.
