I’m writing in regards to the recent service you had on your 2012 Tacoma. I received the comments you made on our survey and I’m sure sorry to hear this visit did not end up as good as it should have. Please know that we are continuously trying to improve our processes so we truly take these types of things to heart. We’re going to find out what went wrong to cause the delay and the vehicle not being vacuumed.
