"Friendly, helpful and business hours are great."
Vehicle service work performed; six months or 5,000 miles maintenance at Dealership. Also vehicle detailed off-site. Work performed, like before, very good. Loaner vehicle for the day was arranged, but was surprised to learn upon arrival to drop off personal vehicle that the loaner vehicle would be an enterprise vehicle, although the enterprise representative and vehicle was there at the Dealership, this was the first for me and I had no idea I would be contracting a loaner vehicle from enterprise. Just like renting a vehicle at an airport, except the dealership covered the daily rental costs. Asked the enterprise rep. who would check in the vehicle, answer was someone from the Dealership sign for the return. Upon return, Dealership rep's seemed reluctant to sign, but finally one sign their name only on my copy of the enterprise contract. The check-in seemed very loose, for the customers protection, while the check-out with the enterprise rep. was very contractual and binding! Next time if the Dealership can not guarantee that the loaner vehicle will be the Dealership's, then rescheduling so one can be guaranteed or other arrangements will take place.
Dealership rep. did walk around vehicle to go over the detail work performed, but did not take time to review the service work performed and checked. Even though pickup was within the last one half hour before closing, there was plenty time to explain the service work.
Customers invoice was confusing between costs for service and detail work, although the total costs seemed correct.
