"over booked on 1:00 o'clock appointments"
I was unhappy with my visit on 11/05/2013 for an oil change and a check on the recent recall of my 2009 Toyota Corolla... they told me about one and a half hours I arrived on time, and at 4:00 I was still sitting in the waiting room, and this was after about 3:30 or 3:40 seeing my car pulled up front... finally at 4:00 I went back to see what I was waiting on and there sat my keys and paper work. Perhaps they were short handed that day and perhaps they over booked, not sure because usually I am okay with the service. Very irritated this time and if there is going to be such a long wait they should prepare a person for it, I felt rushed as the person was going over my car "report" and left feeling mad!

Service manager spoke directly with customer. Apologized for delay in returning vehicle to her. Was miscommunication in our process which we will work on fixing immediately.
