"Wrong Invoice Amount"
I recently went in for a 5000 mile interval inspection. Just checking belts, hoses, brakes and fluids. When my Camry was ready, I was invoiced for a 10,000 mile service which includes a lube, oil and filter. How can they get that confused? Good thing I reviewed, before I paid.

Hi Mr. Brannon,

I just wanted to take a minute to personally apologize for the accounting error during your last service. I’m so glad you reviewed that and caught our mistake prior to leaving. I think the person who coded out the paperwork accidentally put the wrong information in, thus causing the error.
I’m sorry again for the mistake. We’ll be better next visit! J
