Mike said he rated his overall experience with the business a 1, because he did not have a very good experience. He was advised he had an appointment for 9 am, and it would last 1.5 hours. However he did not get out of the business, until after 12 pm. The service advisor did take care of him. However Mike was still not happy the service visit took twice as long. He was completely satisfied with his overall service experience, except for the 1 issue. The service representatives performed a good job, except with the carwash service. There were a lot of spots missed on his vehicle. As a result, it added fuel to the fire. The business could serve him better by first following up with him if the service is running late. Secondly, they could serve him better by providing a better carwash on his vehicle. Mike stated it would be much appreciated. The service visit was 1.5 hours late. The reason given for the cause of delay was due to his vehicle being forgotten, and it was not called up. As a result of his service visit, the service advisor gave him a couple of coupons for the $60 value. Mike said he would go back to the business, they did not lose a customer. However, he will be very specific in his requests for services at the business.
