"Normally great service, not so great this time"
I've been a happy customer for over 10 years (several cars), and this last service was the first time I've had even a minor complaint. I asked to have my spare tire checked because it was activating my low tire pressure warning light (it's a real pain to get the tire out myself to add air). (The tire has had a slow leak since I bought the car new there at Toyota of Puyallup.) Heading for home after the service call, I checked the tire pressure monitor and it indicated the spare tire pressure was still lower than normal, higher than when I brought the car in for service, but just a few psi above the point at which the low tire pressure warning light activates.
