"Great customer service"
We had a great experience with Monty (Sales) and Teresa (Finance). Monty was personable and easy to work with, Teresa was efficient, patient, (despite some technology glitches!) and friendly.

There was a bit of a mix-up regarding the vehicle we wanted, which created somewhat of a snafu the day we came to pick it up. Monty was apologetic and willing to help us find what we wanted. He was able to give us a reasonable deal on a more expensive vehicle, which we felt was fair.

Our experience working with Tiffany (Finance) was less than satisfactory, as she seemed impatient with us as we tried to sort out some of the confusion. There was some information we wanted to double check on our end, and her response to that seemed insincere, and made us feel uncomfortable. We feel we should be given the opportunity and flexibility to thoroughly review documents before agreeing to/signing anything without being made to feel rushed or judged. Unfortunately this was not the case with Tiffany.

We drove 45 miles to buy a vehicle from Toyota of Puyallup due to the very unpleasant experience we had at Magic Toyota (Lynnwood/Edmonds), and the contrasting excellent service we received from Monty.

This review is more like 4.5 stars, due to the mix up in getting the proper vehicle. It felt somewhat like a "bait and switch, but we also understand that honest mistakes do happen and that we may have been equally at fault in the miscommunication.
