They do ask you in advance when additional service is needed (such as switching out my pretty dirty cabin air filter, which was shown to me).
The free car wash and interior vacuuming was the icing on the cake.
In general, Toyota's services is much more attentive than that of my Buick dealers, who supposedly sell "luxury" vehicles but obviously do not provide luxury customer service...
Anyway, I would definitely recommend ToP's service to anybody else!
