This was probably our worst experience in the service department. First of all they were behind which meant we had to wait longer than normal. We were not notified when I car was done. We happened to look out the window and there it sat. The desk was busy so we had to wait to get help. They finally came with our paperwork and we went to the car. In the passenger seat was our antenna which we had to screw on ourselves. Moral: don't make your appointment that runs into lunch time.
