"Professional Helpful Attitude"
Shawn in the service department helped me during my appointment to get a recall problem resolved. He had a positive helpful attitude and made my visit to Toyota a more positive experience. He offered to have a wash and vacuum service included while I was there since I had made the trip in to fix the problem. However, once the problem was fixed and it got to the washing area, the service failed. I personally took the van to the wash area to have them re-wash the front of the van and they didn't vacuum it as Shawn had put on the paperwork. I know there was good intentions on Shawn's part. Shawn offered to vacuum it himself when I complained, but by that time I no longer had the time to wait because I had to pick up my grandkids. So good review for Shawn, bad review for the wash / vacuum department.
