"Attention to details is lacking."
I informed the attendant who checked me in, that after the last two 5000 mile services, my tire pressure light came on. Both times I was on the highway and it required me to stop at other Toyota service centers to get it re-set. The first time I was concerned that something was wrong with my car. I was told that a "switch" had not been properly re-sent with my last service. So I had hoped by informing the attendant of the problem, that it would not happen again. It has happened again. 3rd time. This time I was close to home and my husband read the manual and was able to re-set it. For an older highlander, the button needs to be held for 3 seconds or longer until the light blinks 3 times. Somehow my concern is not being passed to the counter person to the service person.
