Kym said she was completely satisfied with their overall service experience, except she was unhappy about a couple of issues. Kym was not very happy with the representative who took care of them, and she believes his name was Fred. There was a big line with 5 customers, and there was only 1 representative available for assistance. There were all kinds of employees available, but they may have had a different job description. They were just standing around the area. Kym stated it wasn't her normal experience with the business. She spends a lot of money to get their vehicle fixed, and she expected more people to be working. The second issue she was not happy with, they performed a really, really crappy job with the cleaning service with her vehicle. Nic was the only one that cared that she was happy. The positive aspect of her service visit was that he took her vehicle to the back, when he was finished, he requested she inspect the cleaning service. He made sure it was spotless, and he took a lot of time to wash her vehicle. There were a lot of dirty spots and streaks on her vehicle. As a result of his service, it made a big impact upon her. Kym said her service was on time, but they also recommended 2 additional services. However, by the time they contacted them, they had already taken the vehicle out of the bay area, then they had to bring the vehicle back to the bay area in order to complete the additional services. The level of customer service was not as good as it could have been at the business.
