#3. You remove my cabin air filter to see if I need a new one but do not disclose that as part of the new filter is a $9.95 install fee. That is unethical. It cost you nothing to install. That is the last cabin air filter you will screw me for that install fee.
I have used your service dept since 1992 lately you seem to want to nickel and dime customers. Think again. You keep this up and you loose
