When I dropped it off for service the second time, I left a note to Jay about the noise coming from under the hood while the engine was running. I tried my best to explain it , but not using correct technical "auto vocabulary" made it challenging to communicate.
Not only was the loud humming noise that went on and off fixed, the Service Clerk said he offered to go for a drive with me to see if it was resolved!
I didn't make it to Toyota by 4:00PM to pick up the vehicle and go for a ride with Jay, but I appreciate him offering to go out of his way to reassure I was happy ad the issue was fixed. And I am- it purrs now! :)
