After reviewing your repair order, I see that we attempted two different road tests equaling 13 miles. Rattles can sometimes be very stubborn and difficult to resolve, that's for sure! I would recommend the next step would be that we have you ride in the car with one of our technicians. This might help us pinpoint the exact source of noise you're hearing and give us a much better chance at fixing it to your satisfaction!
