"no attention to detail"
Car wash almost ripped front license plate off and work done to passenger seat was done but the handle that reclines the seat was not properly installed and will not sit flush once let go. I feel that there was no quality assurance done before bringing the car back to me.

This is disappointing!  I'm so sorry we didn't complete the repair correctly.  I'm going to have your Service Advisor contact you so we can correct this for you.  We'll be sure to rectify the situation as quickly as possible and alert our technician so he can be aware of what occurred as well.
