"Wrong service/wrong billing"
I made my appointment for my 5,000 mile interval inspection(my 2012 Camry gets it's Lube, Oil &Filter every 10,000 miles). The appointment was supposed to be 1 hour. I arrived early and told the service writer that I needed my 5,000 mile interval inspection. I waited an hour and 1/2. Finally they called my name and they charged me for a full service lube, oil & filter. I pointed this out to them and they removed the charge. This is the second time this year that they have incorrectly charged me. I didn't have the extra time for the oil change and wound up being late for an appt. Something needs to change at the service dept.
