The bad....saw a service attendant clerk lose his sh*t with a customer. Customer may have been "difficult" but still not professional nor did it warrant the employee to react the way he did at that customer.
The Ugly.....my service came with complementary vacuum and car wash--great. EXCEPT...when I got home I noticed that it had something that could only be described as sticky "goo" over various parts of the truck, including my windshield! Was only able to remove with alcohol and lots of scrubbing...it was like tree sap or something. Definitely was not on the vehicle when I took it in. I will never get it washed here again
