"Pretty good customer service"
I was told by Josh Renard that my Sienna would be serviced in approx. 2 hours. After 2 hours, I noticed my van was sitting in the parking lot, but nobody approached me with the bill. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked the young man at the desk where was my bill. He checked and in a few he brought my bill to me and said Josh left the bill on a desk and went to lunch. This is not good customer service.

After paying my bill, I went to my van and sat in the driver's seat and realized the seat had been moved forward and the angle of the back rest had been changed. Why wasn't it put back to the original position and distance from the gas pedal? I also turned the radio volume to silence but the volume was blaring when I turned on the engine. Other than that, the car works wonderfully.
