"Poor response fromervice Manager"
I was very disappointed that I had to pay $200.00 to have the wiring replaced. When I believe the heater fan caused the wiring to be burned an caused the relay to fail. I appreciate that Toyota paid for the fan but I feel they should have covered the whole repair not just the fan. This was the 3rd fan I had been the 3rd that was replaced since new in 2009. Toyota knows there is an issues with these fan motors and should cover the whole job not just part of it.
