Hello and thank you for the feedback. As per our phone conversation, I'd really like to put a technician in the vehicle with you and let you demonstrate the condition directly to him. We would also like to provide you with a complimentary loaner vehicle so you're not waiting. This will give us the flexibility to explore all options, contact Toyota if needed, and really check this problem out. I think it's a good idea to take the vehicle to Les Schwab as well and have them check the balance on the aftermarket wheels/tires. Also, I'm sorry about the wheel lock key being forgotten! That was a mistake by the technician and I'm glad we got that resolved.
