"not so great service "
I come to enjoy my experience at Toyota . but this last time wasn't so great. First my brand new 2014 Toyota Tacoma has a vibration in the front and that's I took my whole day to go have a check out in service. After being told that the technician could not hear it's quite obvious noise in my frontend.then the next day I had to find out the technician never returned my specialty for my lug nuts so if I would have had a flat tire I would have been stranded.not sure what's going on with customer service but this time you were lucky to get two stars

Hello and thank you for the feedback.  As per our phone conversation, I'd really like to put a technician in the vehicle with you and let you demonstrate the condition directly to him.  We would also like to provide you with a complimentary loaner vehicle so you're not waiting.  This will give us the flexibility to explore all options, contact Toyota if needed, and really check this problem out.  I think it's a good idea to take the vehicle to Les Schwab as well and have them check the balance on the aftermarket wheels/tires.  Once that is complete, please contact me directly and I'll get something set up for you. 
Also, I'm sorry about the wheel lock key being forgotten!  That was a mistake by the technician and I'm glad we got that resolved.
I'll wait to hear back from you and thank you for giving us the opportunity to make this right.
