Jeanne said that her vehicle was an hour and thirty minutes later than expected. She called the business twice to remind them to have the vehicle ready by the time she got there. There was poor communication and it took a little while for the business to hunt down her vehicle. She waited for them to wash it as well. Jeanne also mentioned that her service advisor is the best.
