"Went beyond their duty to stay late to get me back on the road! Cant thank them enough!"
Arrived at their shop at 4 o'clock with a leaking radiator hose and no way to fix it myself. Told them I was from out of town for had to get back that night to work the next day. They checked my truck, ordered the part , and got me going! It was well after 6 PM.

"It was so nice to get in and out in less than an hour."
New front office manager very nice and responsive.
Mechanic missed recording current mileage on invoice and failed to reset Engine Oil Life Display.

"Honest & reliable automotive maintenance"
We've been going to Tribble for a year now to have a 2007 Nissan Xterra maintained by the staff at Tribble. They always tell you exactly what you need to have done and nothing more. The work is done quickly and at a fair price. They will make recommendations for your next visit but there is never any pressure. The staff at the front desk is great and will get you an appointment at your convenience with quick turn-around.

We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding that we may have caused Mr. F.  Our warranty (12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first) is printed on the bottom of our repair orders/invoices.  He would have signed a copy of this and been given another as his receipt.  Of course, if he has any questions or needs any additional clarification, we hope that he won't hesitate to call us at his convenience.
