We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding that we may have caused Mr. F.  Our warranty (12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first) is printed on the bottom of our repair orders/invoices.  He would have signed a copy of this and been given another as his receipt.  Of course, if he has any questions or needs any additional clarification, we hope that he won't hesitate to call us at his convenience.
