Spoke with Bruce. He said he found a problem that this business did not find. It was related to the overheating problem he originally took the vehicle in for. Yesterday one of his heater hoses burst and he had to take the vehicle to another business for repair.

"It was so nice to get in and out in less than an hour."
New front office manager very nice and responsive.
Mechanic missed recording current mileage on invoice and failed to reset Engine Oil Life Display.

We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding that we may have caused Mr. F.  Our warranty (12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first) is printed on the bottom of our repair orders/invoices.  He would have signed a copy of this and been given another as his receipt.  Of course, if he has any questions or needs any additional clarification, we hope that he won't hesitate to call us at his convenience.

Ted said the business provides great service, but they forgot to reset his engine oil indicator light, so he will need to bring his vehicle back to have this taken care of. He asked them to change his front and back windshield wipers, but they forgot to change his back wipers. He bought a set and changed it himself.

"Grateful for Tribbles honesty"
We are so grateful we never have to worry about Tribble's honesty. Sorry to say many shops would not have taken responsibility for a repair done wrong: Tribbles took full responsibilty and fixed the problem with no cost incurred.

"Ague-Jeep Commander"
Thanks for your work! The seat/airbag indicator light is still coming on. I am not sure if it is continuing to put a drain on the battery or not. I mentioned to Mike yesterday that this was still happening. I will watch it for a couple days and let you know unless you would want me to bring it back in?

Jeff said was the service was good but they left dirty water on the floor mats. He was given a loaner vehicle and when he returned it he left a season pass for an amusement park along with six lottery tickets in the vehicle. They returned the season pass but the lottery tickets were not returned.
