Pierre said he did not like the recent service. The vehicle was there over a year ago because the transmission was acting up. The vehicle was experiencing the same issues. They charged $72 to check the vehicle out. The inspection did not yield any answers so they wanted to charge $90 plus to do a more extensive inspection. To fix the vehicle would have been $500 - $900. He did not have them perform the work. As a result of everything noted he would not recommend the business.

Mr Cooper had his vehicle at our repair shop to be tested for the transmission not shifting when hot problem. We work on his car back on 8-1-2012 (almost 2 years ago) for a problem with his car not shifting. We repaired his vehicle at that time by replacing the transmission solenoid pack and we serviced the transmission. The car had 173,640 miles on at that time. The car now has 208,046 and we tested his vehicle to see if it had transmission codes. The code was P0845 which would need to be tested further to find out if it is a electrical problem, wiring problem or a internal problem with the transmission. The problem could be any of these without further testing. Mr cooper did not want to do any further testing to find out what is wrong with his vehicle. We did what Mr Cooper was told when he dropped off the vehicle which was to be tested for codes  only.
