"Very thorough, and surprisingly reasonable!"
Got a quote for tires on my last oil change visit (which is usually the cheapest oil change in town, particularly with the coupon/reminders they send me). Surprisingly, they had the most reasonable pricing on the brand of tire I wanted, as well as a full 4-wheel alignment, and free rotation for life! They gave a complete, out-the-door price, which is tough to get when you deal with most tire retailers, and a lot of those places don't do alignments.

"Repair Work"
Wasn't routine maintenance. Repair work. Service person was very nice, but they are very busy and hard to reach by phone. I had a damaged brake line and it took over 2 weeks to get the part. I realize that Hyundai parts are required to keep the warranty in effect, but waiting over 2 weeks for a repair that doesn't take an hour to complete because the part isn't manufactured or shipped was a big hardship. No real problems with the dealership, but not really happy with obtaining repair parts.
