University Audi Review from RON D. in Seattle, WA on 06/19/2012

I had an oil change and was confuised when i saw the sticker on the window that said my next one was due in 5,000 miles. I called and told the service rep that I was told to do it every 10,000 miles. Her reply is some people want it done every 5,000 miles and some at 10,000 miles, it's the costomer's choise. I asked what Audi recomended and she said "it's your choise". I found this confusing and inconsistant. This is my only complaint. I have always gotten good service from University Audi and have felt like I had always been taken care of.
