"Fast friendly service"
We have been buying and having are Hyundai's serviced with Van Horn Hyundai for the last five year. The friendly employees are next to none. They all make us feel special on each and every visit. By fare the best hand wash and detailing In town. If you want your car to look like new again call and ask for the body shop and just say " I need my car to look nice again." Yes, It will happen.

While reviewing our survey, we noticed that a one star review had been left your repairs.  I would like to assure you that Van Horn Hyundai Is committed to its customers, their safety and maintaining their vehicle. Recalls are performed by the manufacture to improve and enhance the vehicles performance and safety , most recalls do not require a loaner vehicle as they are designed to be  completed in under an hours time. Addressing your concern on maintenance in the vehicle owners manual there are several areas of maintenance schedules to follow Wisconsin driving falls under the severe schedule for maintenance a free vehicle inspection was done following these guide lines, maintenance estimates were given from the technician findings regarding mileage and condition .

Employees are friendly and explain any needed work in terms any customer can understand. Waiting area is clean and has a good supply of magazines, a TV, and even a jig saw puzzle you can work on while you wait. There is a small play area for children and refreshments including cookies, popcorn, soda, and flavored coffees.

While looking into your service visit, I spoke with the technician and the service advisor that performed the services on your vehicle and they had both explained to me that the services were completed in a timely manor and were completed as requested, I apologize that we did not have a loaner vehicle for you unfortunately  2 of our loaners were in bad wrecks a few days before your visit which left us short on loaners. The advisor that helped you  will be calling and inquired  with you to check that the services went well.
