Spoke with Joe. He said his wife and son found a starting problem and the issue might be caused by the switch or the key. He said it spins for a minute. The business is sensitive to his needs. He has more than one vehicle. They have always been willing to work out whatever problem he's faced with. The personnel are capable in their areas and the mechanics are good. His said he wants Roy to know that his wife will be in soon.
