dealer worked me in with a busy schedule
Dealer worked me in with a busy schedule and got to work timely but didn't have required parts. Now I must make a 240 mile round trip when parts arrive.

We so appreciate our customers coming in for maintenance, and a 240 mile round trip is certainly a long way to go! It is unfortunate we did not have the accellerator pedal required to complete the repair. We have never sold an accellerator pedal! Obviously we cannot stock every single part for every single vehicle for every year, but we did expedite the order to get it as fast as possible.
