"Decent service"
I say decent not exemplary because the time promised was not kept. When you advertise no need to make an appointment for a due oil change because you're so fast then you really need to be. Many customers because of time constraints have this issue time and time again. Everyone's time is important! Speedy service for an oil change is not 1.5 hours long. Especially when the customer asks how long it will be. Remind your employees of the phrase "Don't over promise and under deliver."
