Chad is absolutely correct, we did not complete the repairs as he requested. My new employee of 3 days did not inform me he was color blind. I always hi-light in red the repairs needed. However, since I did not know until later in the day the employee was color blind, I did not know he could not see the repairs needed. I take full responsibility for this and sincerely apologize to Chad for this over sight. I am glad this came to light and now make sure all my work orders are marked in dark ink so this will not happen again.
