Recently we had our car inspected at 0700 and a deficiency was noted. We were informed the required part to pass the inspection needed to be ordered and would be in in the afternoon. In the afternoon we stopped to check on the car and were informed the wrong part had been delivered and that another had been ordered from Baltimore which had subsequently been delivered to the wrong location in Gaithersburg, MD. The part was to be delivered to Springfield, but because of traffic it was unclear whether the work would be completed by 2000, but we would receive a call one way or the other that evening. We did not. The next morning we went to check on the car again, and not only had there been no further work done, it appeared the entire order had fallen off the screen and Dale had to do another order. We then took our car so we could continue our delayed business of 1 and a half days. We finally received a call that afternoon and the work was completed.
