Inappropriate repair recommendation - rack and pinion steering
Your professional team has always provided exceptional service and repairs; until my most recent tire purchase, installation, etc.
I am going to hire a certified mechanic to inspect the rack and pinion steering. I will then request a meeting with Jay Boyle to review the results and discuss my loss of trust and confidence with his team.
