My wife made an appointment with you for the Thursday before Christmas. When she arrived your staff checked her in and took her keys, and then proceeded to let her sit for 45 minutes without saying a word, while she struggled to distract and entertain small children. Meanwhile, there were both empty bays and employees smoking and joking in them. She finally had to give up, retrieve her key, and leave without having received service. To make matters worse, your employee poo-pood a description of a problem my wife is having with the car, brushing it off as tires when we believe it is something else. We've been using your store for 5 years and really like it, but you blew it that day.
