I made my first visit to this shop recently. Coming out to my car early one morning to find a flat tire, I drove the car to the shop on the donut spare and, without an appointment, was able to have the car taken in right away. The shop and the showroom/waiting area were very clean (a good sign -- I like to see a clean shop) and the desk staff were friendly and helpful. My tire was plugged and remounted in short order, and at a reasonable price. All around, a very pleasant experience.
