"Not a great experience."
Doesn't give any eye contact, felt like rumours were being said about you. Not
friendly as much.

Amy, I am sorry about your recent visit. You came in and asked us to replace the battery in your 2010 Hyundai Accent I asked you why and you informed me that it looked cheap and I informed you that it was put in by the manufacturer and was probably a quality battery that last on average about 5 years but I agreed to check it for strength and after performing a free charging system check we concluded that the battery was fine and there was no reason to replace it at this time. I apologize if I did not take the time to explain this better. My policy has been and always will be to never sell or replace a part that we feel is not needed. We respect all our customers and enjoy conversation when possible but if we are really busy it can be difficult to do this when we are focused on the task at hand. Gene
